First, and foremost please know that the Westport Country Lodge are focused more than ever on the health and safety of our guests -your well-being is our top priority. Hygiene and cleanliness have never been more important to us.
We have put in place safety practices at the front desk and at the lobby. We practice social distancing by ensuring a safe distance for interactions, and we will disinfect anything that you touch from the front desk surface to the pens that you use. Every key card is sanitized with appropriate cleaning agents.
We have removed lobby items that in the past would have been shared by guests, such as magazines and newspapers and we have established a strict enforced cleaning schedules for lobby, furniture and fixtures.
We have hand sanitizer stations in the lobby and bar area. Our bathrooms are sanitized frequently with anti-bacterial agents. You can take comfort in knowing that our caring staff recognise the importance of their health before they interact with you.
Prior to your stay, your room will be sanitized, disinfected and closely inspected. Every guest room high touch points will be cleaned with chemicals i.e. door handles, light switches, hangers, remotes, tea & coffee facilities, telephones and all bathroom fixtures, handles and touch points.
