Sick of sleepless nights and feeling tired during the day?
This two day sleep retreat will help you prioritise the self-care tools that help you get a good night's sleep and feel energised and recharged during the day.
Workshops include self-care coaching, transpersonal psychology, sleep yoga and crystal coaching.
You'll also have plenty of downtime to make the most of the healing landscape, journal and reflect around how you might integrate these tools into your every day life. Also, subject to availability, you can book a 60 minute private sleep coaching session with Eve during this downtime.
Whether you've always had sleep issues or you can put them down to menopause, parenting, work stresses or anything else, you'll become a 'Sleep Detective' into what helps and what hinders a good night's sleep for YOU.
An insomniac from early childhood until her 20s, Eve Menezes Cunningham has been helping people with sleep issues since 2004. A health journalist, author of 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing - White Owl, 2017 and Past Chair for BACP Coaching, Eve is a self-care coach, experienced yoga teacher (registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK) and yoga therapist for mental health and sleep recovery, an IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Senior Accredited Supervisor of Individuals, EFT International Mentor and Accredited Advanced Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and crystal coach. Her focus is on helping you become your own self- care coach, using your mind, heart and soul to get to know what will work for and support YOU.
